Permaculture: Penny Livingston, of the Regenerative Design Institute in Bolinas, California, leads viewers through the history of permaculture and its principles. She discusses permaculture as an agricultural practice that increases biodiversity and helps us to understand our place in the ecosystem. She also touches on other food system trends, including seasonal eating and community supported agriculture.
