Step by Step Guide

Stress Balls

STEPS

  1. Fill your measuring cup with 1 cup of either rice, cornstarch or flour.

  2. Pick your balloon and stretch it out as best you can with your hands. Blow it up to stretch it out further and use a small chip clip to keep the air from escaping.

  3. Insert the funnel into the balloon and remove the chip clip to release the air from the balloon.

  4. Using your measuring cup, pour a small amount of your material into the funnel. If the material gets clogged, use a pencil or pen to push the clog through.

  5. Once 1/4th of the balloon is filled with your chosen material, take the funnel out and blow the balloon back up. This helps stretch the balloon out even more.

  6. Clip the neck of the balloon again with the chip clip and repeat Steps 3 and 4. Repeat these steps until the balloon neck is starting to get full of your chosen material.

  7. Flatten the balloon out on its bottom to help get the remaining material into the body of the balloon. Once you're satisfied, squeeze the balloon to get the remaining air out of it.

  8. Finally, tie off the balloon and cut off the excess material above the knot.

Congrats! You've made your very own stress ball!
