The Board of Elections is a non-partisan department that is responsible for conducting elections for their individual communities.
Because it is required that you have identification when you vote, those who wish to do so will need to have a driver's license or some other acceptable federal or state-issued ID. For those who wish to vote but cannot obtain the acceptable ID, you can go to your county's board of elections office and obtain a photo identification there.
